ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. You are responsible for your own measurements.  All Items are measured in inches in exactly the way the charts reflect.  We only offer exchanges on a case by case basis for clothing only if inquires are made within five days upon delivery. ALL accessories and handmade items are FINAL SALE.  Absolutely no exceptions.  Be sure to note sizes and read detailed descriptions prior to purchase.  If there is an issue with your order you have 5 days upon delivery date to email your concerns. After the 5 days NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. If an exchange is granted, the purchaser is responsible for all additional fees including shipping and duties fees. If It is altered or damaged in anyway (tags removed, makeup stains ect... ) Absolute no exchange will be accepted.
